    Our Response

    Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. We may also notify the user who posted the content.

    Counter-Notification

    If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction of the competent courts.

    Repeat Infringers

    We reserve the right to remove content and, in appropriate cases, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
